(1) a court by or before which a person is convicted of an offence of weapons training2 may order the forfeiture of anything that the court considers to have been in the possession of the person for purposes connected with the offence3;
(2) a court by or before which a person is convicted of an offence of possessing things for the purposes of terrorism4 may order the forfeiture of any article that is the subject-matter of the offence5; and
(3) a court by or before which a person is convicted
