A 'foreign travel restriction order' is an order prohibiting the person to whom it applies from doing whichever of the following is specified in the order:
(1) travelling to a country1 outside the United Kingdom2 named or described in the order3;
(2) travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom other than a country named or described in the order4; and
(3) travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom5.
Foreign travel restriction orders may only be made by complaint to a magistrates' court6 by a chief officer of police
