211. Exercise of powers without judicial approval.

An appropriate officer1 must give a written report to the appointed person2 in any case where:

  1.  

    (1)     the officer seizes property3 without the approval of a justice of the peace4 and any of the property seized is not detained for more than 48 hours5; or

  2.  

    (2)     the officer exercises any of the search powers
