An injunction1 may have the effect of excluding the respondent2 from the place where he normally lives ('the premises') only if:
(1) the respondent is aged 18 or over3;
(2) the injunction is granted on the application of a local authority4, the chief officer of police for the police area that the premises are in5 or, if the premises are owned or managed by a housing provider6, that housing provider7; and
(3) the court thinks that the anti-social behaviour
