If a person is adjudged bankrupt in England and Wales the following property is excluded from his estate for the purposes of the provisions relating to applications for individual bankruptcy1:
(1) property for the time being subject to a restraint order2 before the order adjudging him bankrupt3;
(2) any property in respect of which an order appointing a receiver4 is in force5;
