If a person is adjudged bankrupt, the powers conferred on a court by the provisions relating to restraint orders and the search and seizure of property1, the powers conferred on management and enforcement receivers by such provisions2 and the powers conferred on an 'appropriate officer' in relation to the seizure of property3, must not be exercised in relation to:
(1) property which is for the time being comprised4 in the bankrupt's estate5;
(2) property in respect of which his trustee in bankruptcy may (without leave of the court) serve a notice6 relating to after-acquired property, items of excess value
