306. Enforcement of forfeiture or restraint orders made outside England and Wales.

A forfeiture order1 or restraint order2 made in Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, or an order relating to its discharge or variation, has effect in the law of England and Wales3.

Her Majesty may by Order in Council make provision for the purpose of enabling the enforcement in England and Wales of an 'external order' (that is, an order other than an overseas freezing order
