262. Enforcement abroad.

The following provisions apply if:

  1.  

    (1)     any of the conditions1 for the making of a restraint order2 is satisfied3;

  2.  

    (2)     the prosecutor believes that realisable property4 is situated in a country or territory outside the United Kingdom5 (the receiving country)6; and

  3.  

    (3)     the prosecutor sends a request for assistance to the Secretary of State with a view to it being forwarded to the government of the receiving country7.

In a case where no confiscation order8 has been made, a request for assistance is a request to the government of the receiving country to secure that any person is prohibited from
