732. Early release of fine defaulters.

As soon as a person1:

  1.  

    (1)     who has been committed to prison or to be detained under the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 20002 in default of payment of a sum adjudged to be paid by a conviction3;

  2.  

    (2)     who was so committed or detained before 4 April 20054; and

  3.  

    (3)     whose term for which he was so committed or detained is 12 months or more
