53. Duty to give warning and subsequent breach.

If the responsible officer1 is of the opinion that the offender2 has failed without reasonable excuse to comply with any of the requirements of a community order3, the officer must give him a warning unless:

  1.  

    (1)     the offender has within the previous 12 months been given such a warning in relation to a failure to comply with any of the requirements of the order4; or

  2.  

    (2)     the officer relates the matter to an enforcement officer5.

The warning must:

  1.  

    (a)     describe the circumstances of the failure6;

  2.  

    (b)     state that the failure is unacceptable7; and

  3.  

    (c)     inform the offender that, if within
