A domestic violence protection notice (DVPN) is a notice containing provision to prohibit the person in respect of whom it is issued (P) from molesting the person for whose protection it is issued1. If P lives in premises which are also lived in by a person for whose protection the DVPN is issued, the DVPN may also contain provision to prohibit him from evicting or excluding from the premises the person for whose protection the DVPN is issued2, to prohibit him from entering the premises3, to require him to leave the premises4 or to prohibit him from coming within
