Where the court1 obtains a pre-sentence report2, other than a report given orally in open court3, the court must give a copy of the report:
(1) to the offender or his legal representative4;
(2) if the offender is aged under 185, to any parent or guardian6 of his who is present in court7; and
(3) to the prosecutor8.
In relation to an offender aged under 18 for whom a local authority9 has parental responsibility10 and who is either in its care11 or is provided with accommodation by it in the exercise of any social services functions12, references in the above
