A stalking protection order (see para 370B) and an interim stalking protection order (see para 370F) must specify (1) the date on which the order is made; (2) whether it has effect for a fixed period and, if it does, the length of that period; (3) each prohibition or requirement that applies to the defendant; (4) whether any prohibition or requirement is expressly limited to a particular locality and, if it is, what the locality is; (5) whether any prohibition or requirement is subject to a fixed period which differs from the period for which the order has effect
