80. Concurrent and consecutive orders.

Where the court is dealing with an offender who has been convicted of two or more associated1 offences and in respect of one of the offences makes:


    (1)     a youth rehabilitation order2 with intensive supervision and surveillance3;


    (2)     a youth rehabilitation order with fostering4; or


    (3)     any other youth rehabilitation order5,

it may not make an order of any other of those kinds in respect of the other offence, or any of the other offences
