A person commits an offence if without reasonable excuse he does anything he is prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order1 or fails to do anything he is required to do by a criminal behaviour order2. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months or to a fine, or to both3, or on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 5 years or to a fine, or to both4, and may not be conditionally discharged
