160. Attendance of parents at the making of referral orders.

A court making a referral order1 may make an order requiring the guardian or parent of the offender (the 'appropriate person')2, or, in a case where there are two or more appropriate persons, any one or more of them, to attend the meetings of the youth offender panel3.
