Where a power of arrest is attached to a provision of an injunction1 a constable may arrest the respondent2 without warrant if he has reasonable cause to suspect that the respondent is in breach of the provision3. The arrested person must be brought before a judge or justice4 within the period of 24 hours beginning with the time of the arrest5: where he is brought before a judge6, that judge may remand the person if the matter is not disposed of straight away
