634. Appeals and references from Court of Appeal to Supreme Court.

An appeal lies to the Supreme Court from any decision of the Court of Appeal on an appeal1 against sentence if a point of law of general public importance is involved in the decision and it appears to the Court of Appeal that it ought to be considered by the Supreme Court
