If on an application for a restraint order1 the court decides not to make one, the person who applied for the order may appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision2.
If an application is made3 to the Crown Court for the discharge or variation of a restraint order or an order4 made to ensure that a restraint order is effective, the person who applied for the order5, or any person affected by the order6, may appeal to the Court of Appeal in respect of the Crown Court's decision on the application
