108. Amendment of community requirements.

Where a suspended sentence order1 which imposes one or more community requirements2 is in force, the appropriate court3 may, at any time during the supervision period4 and on the application5 of the offender or an officer of a provider of probation services, by order amend any community requirement of a suspended sentence order either by cancelling the requirement6 or by replacing it with a requirement of the same kind7 which the court could include if it were then making the order8.
