If at any time while a suspended sentence order1 is in force in respect of an offender residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland it appears to the home court2, either on information from (if that court is in Scotland)3 or upon a complaint made by (if that court is in Northern Ireland)4 the relevant officer5, that the offender has failed without reasonable excuse to comply with any of the community requirements of the order6, the home court may issue a citation (if it is in Scotland) or summons (if it is in Northern Ireland) requiring the offender to appear
