327. Types of conduct held to have been criminal in nature.

Among the types of conduct which have been held to be 'criminal' in nature for the purposes of Article 61, contrary to their categorisation in domestic law, are:

    (1)     military disciplinary offences2;

  2.  

    (2)     prison disciplinary offences3;

  3.  

    (3)     minor motoring offences4;

  4.  

    (4)     price-fixing offences5;

  5.  

    (5)     breach of an order to pay the community charge6;

  6.  

    (6)     contempt of court
