441. Right to worship privately or communally, and right to organise.

Article 91 protects both the right to worship privately or in a community and also to organise religious communities2. The right is enjoyed by the individual and can only be enjoyed by natural persons: it cannot be enjoyed by corporate entities or non-natural persons such as associations3. It can, however, be enjoyed collectively by an organisation such as a church, as this is in reality no more than a collection of its adherents
