387. 'Home'.

The concept of 'the home'1 may extend in certain circumstances to professional business premises2 and company premises3. The 'home' need not in every case be the place where a person is actually living4, and nor is ownership decisive5: premises need not even be lawfully occupied in order to attract the protection of Article 86.
