Where a person is adjudged bankrupt and he has at a relevant time1 entered into a transaction with any person at an undervalue2, the trustee of the bankrupt's estate may apply to the court for an order requiring any property transferred or property representing the proceeds of sale of property so transferred as part of the transaction to be vested in the trustee of the bankrupt's estate as part of that estate3. Similar provisions apply where an individual has given a preference to any person4. Similar orders may be made
