If a triggering event occurs in relation to a master trust scheme1, the trustees2 must comply with requirements relating to notification3, continuity options4 and the submission of an implementation strategy5.
A triggering event occurs in relation to a master trust scheme if any of the following events occurs in relation to it, and the event does not occur within an existing triggering event period6 for the scheme7.
