An occupational pension scheme1 must be taken to include a non-discrimination rule2 by virtue of which a responsible person (A):
(1) must not discriminate against another person (B) in carrying out any of A's functions in relation to the scheme3;
(2) must not, in relation to the scheme, harass4 B5;
(3) must not, in relation to the scheme, victimise6 B7.
The provisions of an occupational pension scheme have effect subject to the non-discrimination rule8.
