The Secretary of State1 may make provision by regulations: (1) for jobholders2 to be given information about the effect of the statutory provisions relating to automatic enrolment in a pension scheme3 in relation to them; (2) for workers4 without qualifying earnings5 to be given information about the effect the relevant statutory provision6 in relation to them; (3) for a prescribed7 person to be required to provide the information8.
