The following provisions apply to an occupational pension scheme1 which is a money purchase scheme2, other than one falling within a prescribed3 class or description4. The trustees or managers5 of every occupational pension scheme to which these provisions apply must secure that there is prepared, maintained and from time to time revised a schedule (a 'payment schedule') showing:
(1) the rates of contributions payable towards the scheme by or on behalf of the employer6 and the active members7 of the scheme8;
(2) such other amounts payable towards the scheme as may be prescribed9; and
