The Pensions Regulator1 may review: (1) a compliance notice2; (2) a third party compliance notice3; (3) an unpaid contributions notice4; (4) a fixed penalty notice5; or (5) an escalating penalty notice6, either: (a) on the written application of the person to whom the notice was issued; or (b) if the Regulator otherwise considers it appropriate7. Regulations8 may prescribe the period within which an application to review a notice may be made under head (a) and a notice may be reviewed under head (b)
