254. Reports to Regulator about winding up.

Where: (1) an occupational pension scheme1 is being wound up; and (2) the winding up is one beginning at a time (whether before or after 19 July 19952) by reference to which regulations3 provide that it is to be a winding up to which these provisions apply, it is the duty of the trustees or managers4, in accordance with these provisions, to make periodic reports in writing to the Pensions Regulator5 about the progress of the winding up6.
