Where an application has been made for fraud compensation payment1, no transfer notice2 may be given until: (1) the Board of the Pension Protection Fund3 has determined the application; (2) the period within which the Board's determination may be reviewed4 has expired; and (3) if the determination is so reviewed: (a) the review and any reconsideration; (b) any reference to the PPF Ombudsman5 in respect of the determination; and (c) any appeal against his determination or directions, has been finally disposed of6.
