The Pensions Regulator1 has: (1) the functions transferred to it from the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority2 by virtue of the Pensions Act 2004 or any provisions in force in Northern Ireland corresponding to the Pensions Act 2004; and (2) any other functions conferred by, or by virtue of, the Pensions Act 2004 or any other enactment3.
