The Pensions Regulator1 must compile and maintain a register of occupational pension schemes2 and personal pension schemes3 which are, or have been, registrable schemes4 (referred to in the Pensions Act 2004 as 'the register')5. In respect of each registrable scheme, the Regulator must record in the register: (1) the registrable information6 most recently provided to it in respect of the scheme; and (2) if the Regulator has received: (a) a notice that a scheme has been wound up or ceased to be registrable7; (b) a copy of a transfer notice8; or (c) any notice, or copy of a notice,
