232.     Provision of information and documents for members.

Regulations1 may require the trustees or managers2 of an occupational pension scheme3:

  1.  

    (1)     to obtain at prescribed4 times the documents mentioned in heads (i) and (ii)5; and

  2.  

    (2)     to make copies of them, and of the documents mentioned in heads (A) to (C) available to specified persons6.

The persons referred to are:

  1.  

    (a)     members7 and prospective members8 of the scheme;

  2.  

    (b)     spouses or civil partners of members and of prospective members;

  3.  

    (c)     persons within the application of the scheme and qualifying or prospectively qualifying for its benefits9;

  4.  

    (d)     independent trade
