The procedure for the review of a determination by the Pensions Regulator1 is laid down in regulations2.
Where the Regulator makes a determination, it must send to such persons as appear to it to be directly affected a notice in writing which contains the determination and the reasons for that determination, and which specifies the right to apply for a review of that determination and the time limit for making such an application3.
