666. Parliamentary control of orders and regulations.

Subject to the following provisions1, a statutory instrument which contains (whether alone or with other provisions) any regulations2 or order made under the Pension Schemes Act 19933 by the Secretary of State4 or the Treasury is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament5. A statutory instrument which contains (whether alone or with other provisions) certain specified regulations or orders6 may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament
