The Secretary of State1 may by regulations make provision for a pension provided to give effect to eligible2 pension credit rights3 of a member under a qualifying occupational pension scheme4 to be increased, as a minimum, by reference to relevant percentage increases5, so far as not exceeding the maximum percentage per annum6.
The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for the purpose of enabling the person responsible for a pension arrangement7 involved in pension sharing8 to recover from the parties to pension sharing prescribed9 charges in respect of prescribed descriptions of pension sharing activity10.
