The following provisions apply to a worker1: (1) who is aged between 16 and 75 and working in Great Britain2; (2) who does not meet the qualifying earnings requirement3; and (3) who is not an active member4 of a pension scheme that satisfies the requirements of these provisions5. The worker may by notice require the employer6 to arrange for the worker to become an active member of a pension scheme that satisfies those requirements7.
