Where: (1) a registrable scheme1 is established; or (2) an occupational or personal pension scheme2 otherwise becomes a registrable scheme, the trustees or managers of the scheme must, before the end of the initial notification period3: (a) notify the Pensions Regulator4 that the scheme is a registrable scheme; and (b) provide to the Regulator all the registrable information5 with respect to the scheme6.
Where there is a change in any registrable information in respect of a registrable scheme, the trustees or managers of the scheme must as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the Regulator: (i) of that fact; and (ii)
