The Secretary of State1 may by regulations2 specify requirements to be complied with in the case of an occupational pension scheme3 or a personal pension scheme4 with respect to keeping the specified persons informed5:
(1) of its constitution6;
(2) of its administration and finances7;
(3) of the rights and obligations that arise or may arise under it8;
(4) of the pensions and other benefits an entitlement to which would be likely to accrue to the member, or be capable of being secured by him, in respect of the rights that may arise under it9; and
(5) of any other
