Restricted information1 must not be disclosed: (1) by the Pensions Regulator; or (2) by any person who receives the information directly or indirectly from the Regulator2. Restricted information may, however, be disclosed with the consent of the person to whom it relates and (if different) the person from whom the Regulator obtained it3. Any person who discloses information in contravention of these provisions4 is guilty of an offence5.
