The questions for determination by an officer of Revenue and Customs1 under the Social Security Administration Act 19922 include:
(1) any question as to the amount of a person's guaranteed minimum for the purposes of the statutory provisions relating to earner's and widows', widowers' or surviving civil partners' minimum pensions3;
(2) any question: (a) whether a contributions equivalent premium4 is payable or has been paid in any case or as to the amount of any such premium; or (b) otherwise arising in connection with any contributions equivalent premium;
(3) any question whether, for the purposes of the Pension Schemes
