The Board of the Pension Protection Fund1 must prepare a report for each financial year2. Each report: (1) must deal with the activities of the Board in the financial year for which it is prepared3; and (2) must include the report of the committee4 established to discharge the non-executive functions on behalf of the Board5. The Board must send each report to the Secretary of State6 as soon as practicable after the end of the financial year for which it is prepared7
