36. Common law conditions.

In relation to an instrument taking effect on or after the commencement of the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 20091 all rights of entry affecting a legal estate which are exercisable on condition broken or for any other reason may be exercisable by any person and the persons deriving title under him2.
