The claims of persons who would otherwise be entitled under the rules previously mentioned1 may be ousted where the trust for accumulation is prevented from being invalid owing to the rights of some other person who has a vested interest to determine the trust2. On the application of a person who has not the sole interest in the accumulations, the court will not, however, make an order determining a trust for accumulation where the effect of such an order may be to prejudice the interests of other persons in the released income without their consent
