A defendant who seeks to justify the threats, and is interested in the patent said to be infringed, may counterclaim for relief for infringement, and the claimant may then counterclaim to the counterclaim for revocation of the patent1. If justification is pleaded, whether or not there are counterclaims, the procedure follows that of a normal infringement action
