A person1 who, in connection with the investigation or prosecution of an offence involving the unauthorised copying of a design2, has come into the possession of relevant products or articles3 may apply for an order for the forfeiture of the products or articles4. On such an application the court5 may make an order for the forfeiture of products or articles only if it is satisfied that an offence6 has been committed in relation to the products or articles7. A court may infer for these purposes that such an offence has been committed in relation to any products or articles
