605.     Entries in the register.

When an application for a patent is published1, the comptroller2 must enter each of the following matters in the register:

  1.  

    (1)     the name of the applicant3;

  2.  

    (2)     the name and address of the person identified as the inventor4;

  3.  

    (3)     the address of the applicant and his address for service5;

  4.  

    (4)     the title of the invention6;

  5.  

    (5)     the date of filing7 of the application for a patent;

  6.  

    (6)     the application number8;

  7.  

    (7)     where a declaration has been made as to an earlier application9, the date of filing of each earlier relevant application specified
