On the application of any person aggrieved1, the court2 may order the register of patents to be rectified by the making, variation or deletion of any entry in it3; and in such proceedings the court may determine any question which it may be necessary or expedient to decide in connection with the rectification of the register4. Where the court makes a vesting order5 in respect of a patent, it may go on to order rectification accordingly6.
